International Education Center, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University conducted a significant educational collaboration signing ceremony at the Vithayaphirom Building’s meeting room, establishing a memorandum of understanding with Dalian MinZu University, China.

Assistant Professor Dr.Sanor Klinngam, President of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University, led the signing ceremony, partnering directly with Professor Ding Ke Yi, President of Dalian Minzu University and executive team. The event was attended by key university representatives, including Dr. Kritsada Tungchawal, Vice President, Dr. Pornpen Juriyanon, Director of PBRU International, faculty deans and departmental representatives. The collaboration aims to enhance academic cooperation, particularly in student exchange initiatives and academic research between the two institutions.
