On May 21, 2025, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University (PBRU), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sanor Klinngam, President of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kitsada Tungchawal, Vice President for International Cooperation and Resource Development, and faculty from the Chinese for Business and Services Program, College of Food Innovation and Service Industry, participated in an academic cooperation agreement with Shenyang Urban Construction University in China.
Key information of collaboration includes:• Graduate-level study (Master’s–Doctorate) at PBRU
• Short-term training program (2 weeks) for Chinese students
• Credit transfer programs for continued study in Thailand
• Faculty exchange for co-teaching and joint curriculum development
