Phetchaburi Rajabhat University Partners with Liaoning Advertising Vocational College, China 
On May 20, 2025, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University (PBRU), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sanor Klinngam, President of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University, signed an academic cooperation agreement with Liaoning Advertising Vocational College in China to promote Chinese language education and academic collaboration. The event was also attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kitsada Tungchawal, Vice President of PBRU, along with faculty from the Chinese for Business and Services Program under the College of Food Innovation and Service Industry.
The collaboration includes:• Bachelor’s degree pathway: 3 years in China + 1.5 years at PBRU
• An integrated Bachelor–Master–Doctoral program (totaling 3–3.5 years)
• Graduate-level study opportunities for Chinese faculty
• Short-term training and exchange programs
• Curriculum collaboration and export
This partnership marks a significant step forward in strengthening Chinese language education and enhancing the global readiness of students and faculty
